This notice explains how we handle personal information when you visit velzar.app or contact us through it. It covers the website only. The Velzar app has its own privacy notice, which organisations using Velzar share with their coaches, players and families.
Who we are
The Velzar website is run by Vinpro Sports Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17546110), registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. We are the "controller" of the information described here, and we're registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration number ZC286370).

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell or share your information for marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the website, each bound to protect your information:
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Resend (sending the email that delivers your demo request to us)
- Microsoft 365 (our email, where your enquiry arrives)
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law (such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum).
How long we keep it
- Demo requests and emails: up to 2 years after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer (then our customer terms apply).
- Technical information: for the short period our hosting provider keeps it (usually days or weeks).
Your rights
You can ask us to: see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to us using it. Email privacy@velzar.app; we'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).

If we change this notice, we'll update it here, with the date at the top.
